2.1 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the ordering and supply of goods between you and Salehub ("Contract"). By ticking the acceptance box and placing an order on our website, you agree to abide by these Terms. No alternative terms, whether implied by industry practice, custom, or other means, will be applicable.

2.2 Seller of Record

As a third-party marketplace, the Seller of Record for each product may vary and will be explicitly stated in the product listing.

2.3 Entire Agreement

This Contract represents the full and complete agreement between you and Salehub. You acknowledge that no external promises, representations, or warranties—other than those explicitly outlined herein—have influenced your decision to enter into this Contract.

Placing an Order & Acceptance

3.1 Bidding Process

By placing a bid, you irrevocably commit to purchasing the item if your bid is successful. Each bid represents a legally binding offer to buy the specified goods under these Terms.

3.2 Proxy Bidding

For proxy bids, the minimum bid calculation follows this formula:
Current Bid + (4 × Incremental Bid)
Example:
  • Current Bid: 42
  • Incremental Bid: 3
  • Minimum Proxy Bid: 42 + (4 × 3) = 54

3.3 Bid Review

You can review and modify your bids before submission. It is your responsibility to ensure bid accuracy before finalizing your offer.

3.4 Reserve Price

Certain items may be subject to a minimum reserve price set by the seller. If the reserve price is not met, the item will not be sold. Salehub reserves the right to reject any bids that do not reflect a reasonable market value.

3.5 Order Acknowledgment

If you win an auction, you will receive an acknowledgment email. However, this does not constitute order acceptance.

3.6 Order Confirmation

An order is considered accepted only when a Dispatch Confirmation is issued, confirming that the goods have been shipped or are ready for collection. Items designated for collection must be picked up within 48 hours.

3.7 Order Rejection

We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. If an order is declined after payment has been made, a full refund—including any delivery charges—will be promptly processed.

3.8 Auction Inquiries

You may submit questions about auction items while the auction is active. While we strive to provide accurate responses, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of the provided information.

3.9 Aftersales Policy

These Terms also apply to aftersales transactions. If an order is damaged during transit, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Once the returned item has been inspected by our team, a full refund will be issued. However, refusal of delivery is only permitted in cases of visible damage. If an item is refused for any other reason, no refund will be processed, and the customer will bear the cost of redelivery and any associated fees.
Once an order has been accepted from the courier, it cannot be refused at a later stage.
Please note that all goods purchased from Salehub are sold on a ‘Trade’ basis, meaning consumer protection laws applicable to non-trade transactions do not apply. Regardless of how stock is categorized, all merchandise is sold "as-is" without any warranties or guarantees. It is the buyer’s responsibility to fully understand and accept these terms before finalizing a purchase.
